HR & Co was founded by Gemma Alicia Long, an experienced Human Resources professional, Chartered member of the CIPD and over 18 years HR experience in both corporate and consultancy HR roles.

Gemma has the ability to quickly understand your business needs and work with you to create bespoke people solutions that work for your business.   

Gemma is qualified in HR up to master's level, trained mediator and mental health first aider. 
As a boutique HR consultancy, we don’t have call centres, you will speak with either Gemma or one of our trusted HR associates.  We offer personal, expert and bespoke advice to suit your business, we won't use complicated legal jargon or tell you off, we will work with you to get the best solution for your people and business.
